At SPPU Engineers, we aim to maintain clarity and transparency for all users purchasing our digital study packs, notes, solved PYQs, premium memberships, login-based account access, internship updates, and scholarship opportunities. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on SPPU Engineers are final and non-refundable. Our products and memberships are delivered digitally — granting immediate access to premium resources such as notes, question banks, and PDF materials. Therefore, refunds for change of mind, user errors, or dissatisfaction after access are not eligible.

2. Cancellations

- Cancellations are not applicable as all our products are digital and instantly accessible upon successful payment.
- If a duplicate payment has been made for the same plan or semester pack, you must contact us within 24 hours with your transaction ID for verification.
- Once verified, SPPU Engineers may process a partial or full refund at its discretion.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Amount deducted but access not received due to a verified technical error
  • Payment discrepancy caused by Cashfree or gateway malfunction

All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after internal verification.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe the purchased content differs substantially from the information provided on our website, report the issue on the same day of purchase at support@sppuengineers.in. Our team will review and take appropriate action based on this policy.

5. No Physical Deliveries

SPPU Engineers offers only digital materials such as PDFs, online tools, and cloud-based access. We do not sell or deliver any physical goods — hence, physical returns or replacements are not applicable.

6. Payments & External Platforms

All payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payments. SPPU Engineers does not store, handle, or manage card details directly. If users are redirected to an external payment page or link, SPPU Engineers shall not be responsible for any technical failures, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized transactions occurring outside our domain (www.sppuengineers.in).

Users are advised to double-check the payment URL, amount, and account credentials before proceeding with transactions.

7. Events, Internships & Scholarships

Some services or features may redirect to external third-party opportunities such as internships, events, or competitions. SPPU Engineers acts solely as a bridge to these opportunities and is not responsible for the actions, results, or privacy practices of those third-party organizations.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying details before purchase. Incorrect email submissions, misuse of access links, account sharing, or giving your login credentials to others that causes loss of access or restricted account status will not be considered for refunds or support recovery.
